Hello! I'm Michal.
I mentor software development, product, and security people to build robust and secure systems without derailing delivery.
My background is in computer science, graphics, and 20+ years in cyber security across defense, threat intelligence and product development. I grew up tinkering with assembly, Pascal and C in DOS and Linux consoles; most of what I know comes from building things, reading and learning with friends.
I see security as a product of good engineering with a bit of hacker culture on top: validating what works in reality and building habits that hold up when opinions are abundant. I work with engineers on threat modeling, hypothesis validation, and architecture; with product people on engineering habits and solid orientation in programming and operating systems; and with beginners on a mix of both.
